Job Description:

The Early Careers Lead will report directly into the Head of Early Careers and Professional Development. They will manage & co-ordinate the Frasers Group Elevation (Graduate) Programmes across the group.

This role will be instrumental in giving guidance and supporting our graduates, their line managers and being responsible for owning the smooth running of the programmes.

The Early Careers Lead will be passionate about ensuring success and continued growth within the business.


You will support the Head of Early Careers & Professional Development in shaping an award winning graduate framework and continuously re-evaluate all aspects of the programme and recommend opportunities for development.

This role will also involve working closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support the attraction & selection process for graduates and be responsible for the Graduates having a successful onboarding experience.


You will facilitate regular check in's with the graduates and their support network (Manager, Buddy, Trainer) and respond quickly and professionally accordingly to any concerns/queries raised.

Along with this you will ensure regular 1-2-1's are conducted in line with programme expectations and goals.

  • Ability to run group facilitation
  • Proactive and cando attitude
  • Experience working & communicating with senior stake holders
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Genuine passion for nurturing early careers talent
  • Experience in delivering training (core skills & management)
  • Experience of collaboration with other departments and being able build, longlasting strong relationships
  • Story telling and reporting of data
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
