Lynx Employment Services are a professional recruitment company based in Attercliffe. Established in 2001, we have provided temporary and permanent staff to many different public and private companies.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a temporary contract to report to the payroll manager, working as part of a team to ensure an accurate and timely payroll function.
Duties of the role include:
- Processing payroll data input received within agreed timescales and in accordance with procedures
- Working with line manager to plan, organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Assisting in the checking and reconciliation process, prior to payment and the production and distribution of associated payroll reports and payslips
- Using the Customer Service Module to manage cases and deal with queries
- Assisting with the processing and payment of Expense claims
- Any other duties relevant to the role
This position is a temporary contract of three months expiring at the end of March 2023, working full time 37.5hrs a week, paying £15.00ph.
