Business Support

Job Purpose:
To provide over the telephone advice, information and support to professionals and clients. To maintain the smooth running of Southside reception and office.


Location:
Meade House, Wedgwood Road, Bath, BA2 1QN.


Salary:
£22,308 pro rata per annum.


Available Posts: 2


Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday

  • Friday and
22.5 hours per week. 3 full days, days TBC.


Closing date:

A bit about the role:
Our dynamic Business Support Team plays a key role in supporting all of Southside's work.

We are looking to recruit a Business Support Worker to be part of this team who provide our Family Support and Domestic Abuse services, Community Hub team, Counselling Service and Therapeutic Play Service with the vital administrative support they need to do their essential work.


This includes providing over the telephone advice for service users and professionals who support children and families, supporting Southside's systems for referrals, case management, monitoring and evaluation, helping to ensure that the charity runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a Business Support Worker who has great attention to detail; digital, administrative and organisational skills; empathy; and who enjoys working as part of a supportive team.


Support and training provided to develop the skills and knowledge to answer questions from service users and professionals who call Southside, and provide advice.

This is a varied and enjoyable role where you will be highly valued and you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through training and practical experience.
