As a Social Media Manager - TikTok Shop Growth

Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies

to grow our brand's presence and drive sales through TikTok. You will have the

opportunity to leverage your creativity and knowledge of social media trends to

engage with our target audience, create compelling content, and build a loyal

community of followers.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our TikTok shop.
• Create engaging and original content tailored to the TikTok platform, including videos, challenges, and trends.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce highquality visuals and videos that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, including views, likes, shares, and conversions, to optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact.
• Stay uptodate with the latest TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand our reach and attract new followers and customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, specifically TikTok, for a brand or business.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent creative skills with the ability to ideate and execute engaging content concepts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisionmaking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for social media marketing and ecommerce.

- £24,000-£30,000 based on experience
