Background & Service:

Kaleidoscope wants to ensure that service users are at the heart of what we do, we do not simply want to listen, but to engage them in the future of the organisation.

In 2019, Kaleidoscope decided to recruit people to its Board, who have lived experience of substance use. We did this to ensure the voices of people using our services was properly heard.

Service User Engagement has always been part of Kaleidoscope's key objective areas and through our commitment has developed into a Co-Production focus.

This new post is a result of that decision, and we very much hope the role will facilitate further service user involvement in shaping our future.

Role Purpose:

Kaleidoscope are committed to developing co-production across our service - ensuring that the voice of the people that use our services is heard and that they are involved in service design and delivery and reviewing in a meaningful way.
