Description

You will need to have a wide range of experience and techniques for behaviour management, you will be able to support students ranging in ages from Have strong collaboration skills to work with multiple departments to ensure students needs are met on a day to day basis.


Person Specification:


  • The ability to engage with pupils and make an immediate impact on the pupils learning.
  • Will hold a degree or relevant qualification for a Cover Supervisor role.
  • Outstanding time management
  • Be able to create a calm but disciplined classroom environment.
