You will be able to provide high level administrative support to the Commercial Director and the team in the preparation of contracts, tenders, and PowerPoint presentations and keeping commercial team records and company information up to date.


Support the Group in achieving their goals and targets, this is achieved by ensuring documents and records are prepared accurately and to deadlines dictated both internally and externally.


To provide support to the Business in liaising across all departments, via projects from the Commercial Director, through high levels of written and verbal English skills and the demonstration of exceptional organisational skills.


Main Duties:


  • Support in the maintenance of all Contracts and Tender documents contained within the tenders drive including keeping up to date company information on file
  • Support the Commercial Director in the completion of updated contract documents/agreements for NHS Trusts, Suppliers, and Master/Neutral vendor
  • Liaising with the Client teams in the preparation of Master and Neutral vendor agreements and check rates before preparing documents for signature by the Commercial Director
  • Writing copy for tender answers (full training will be given) but experience would be advantageous
  • Support in the preparation of tender documents such as PQQ stage company information
  • Uploading documents to framework and supplier portals
  • Prepare company information in conjunction with the Commercial Director, Marketing Manager, and Creative Business Data Analyst
  • Organise meetings with the Commercial and Compliance team and other key stakeholders across the business
  • Support the Commercial Director with ongoing internal quality audits for ISO 9001:2015 quality accreditation and the preparation of documents for the annual external audit
  • Involvement with projects led by the Commercial Director, offering support where requested
  • Participate in supporting the Compliance team in the preparation for external audits
Entry requirements

GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.


To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must meet the following residency criteria: You must have lived in the UK, the British Overseas Territories, or Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for at least three years prior to the start of the apprenticeship.

Training to be provided

Training with Milton Keynes College.

Ongoing training, support and development with the employer.

Business Administrator Level 3.
