Performance Marketing Executive - Independent Entertainment Brand - London - £33k - £40k

I am working with one of the most innovative Independent entertainment brands who have been around for over a decade and have gone from strength to strength.

They have placed a big focus on the experience of every one of their guests, making it a one ofa kind venue with a place for everyone.

They are now on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Executive to help them grow and scale their business, taking it to the next level.

As a Performance Marketing Executive working for this amazing entertainment brand you will:

Set up and manage all campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Allocate proper spending across all performance channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
Be responsible for website optimisation, ensuring all information is up to date and improving the customer user journey
Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting as well as best possible spend optimisation
Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on a datadriven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests (bid strategies, account structure, campaigns)

The ideal Performance Marketing Executive will have:

At least 2 years' end to end experience in Performance marketing with hands on experience in PPC and Paid Social across Meta, Google and Linkedin
Very hands on across strategy, implementation, and optimization
Good knowledge of all networks and platforms with a track record of running successful PPC and Paid Social campaigns
Ability to understand the data analytics and CRM system
