Working Hours: 37 per week


Salary:
£20,972 - £22,330 per annum

As the centre enters an exciting period of growth and development, we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering the very best experience to young people.


We are currently looking to appoint a Receptionist on a permanent basis to join our friendly team to provide an efficient clerical and receptionist service for the College and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors.


In this role you will be welcoming visitors to the College and handling incoming calls to the switchboard and directing calls.

Dealing with Student and Parent queries and handling mass mail-outs, e.g. parent letters.

Finally, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing post and parcels from Royal Mail / courier service operators and arranging collection.


To be considered for this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with students, visitors and staff in a pleasant and professional manner and have confidence in using IT software (particularly Microsoft Office).

You'll also have experience in financial administrative tasks.
