2023 has been an exceptional growth year for McCann Demand and our media practice, Media at Demand.

We are hiring for a number of roles heading into as we continue through 2024, across a range of media disciplines.


This is an exciting time to join McCann and you will have the opportunity to help shape and develop our media practice and offering, working on a stellar roster of brands both in the UK and international markets.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who embraces an agile, fast-paced work environment and is keen to progress their career.

You are a proactive, enthusiastic individual, who prides themselves with good communication, team player skills and demonstrates passion and curiosity in your approach.


  • Managing programmatic media campaigns endtoend to deliver against brand awareness, engagement or conversion objectives.
  • Implementing campaigns including setup, launch, trafficking and optimisation in the media buying platforms (DSPs) as well as creative asset management.
  • Managing daytoday optimisations, pacing and reporting of campaigns against key metrics and forecasting spend.
  • Participating in the design of Programmatic campaign strategies, recommending an appropriate mix of tactics inside the demandside platform.
  • Working closely with media vendors and tech partners in the execution of plans and building strong working relationships.
  • Practical experience activating within at least either DV360 or The Trade Desk
  • Reporting, analysis, optimisation and management of campaigns to ensure optimal performance and efficiencies on key metrics.
  • Working closely with the rest of the media department to produce integrated media plans.
  • Good data analysis skills and data driven decision making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for working in digital marketing.
