About us:

Main Duties:

Provide Administrative support to the department.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule service visits and dispatch engineers as needed.
Monitor service activity and ensure timely responses.
Scheduling preventative maintenance visits
Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer information.
Provide customers with documentation as required.
Produce basic customer quotations and costs.
Raise customer invoices for service repairs and small works.
Purchase small service items.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar coordination/administration role
Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills
Able to work well under pressure, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in using Office suite including Word and Excel
Experience working with computerised systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
