About us:
Main Duties:
- Provide Administrative support to the department.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule service visits and dispatch engineers as needed.
- Monitor service activity and ensure timely responses.
- Scheduling preventative maintenance visits
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer information.
- Provide customers with documentation as required.
- Produce basic customer quotations and costs.
- Raise customer invoices for service repairs and small works.
- Purchase small service items.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar coordination/administration role
- Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills
- Able to work well under pressure, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Office suite including Word and Excel
- Experience working with computerised systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
