- We are currently delighted to be working in partnership with a world class supplier of quality fuels since the 1960's, in search of a diligent and capable Management Assistant/Administrator on a temporary part time basis to help support with a number of administrative tasks. Overview
- Salary: £10.00£15.00 per hour
- Job Type: Temporary 8 weeks
- Working Hours: Part Time 3 days per week, office based
- Location: North Killingholme, North Lincolnshire
- Job Title: Management Assistant/Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manages SAP flows on behalf of the department including, raising of PR/POs, Goods / Service Receipts / reservations and invoice approvals as required.
- Issues Delegation of Authority notices for the Department Managers and Technical Authorities.
- Follows up with all site workers regarding open and overdue actions to facilitate their timely closure.
- Coordinates the timetable for site Field Presence safety tours conducted by the extended leadership and follows up on outstanding safety tours.
- Maintain and coordinate files containing information received and requested by Health & Safety Executive including
- Document Transmittal notes and adds documents to the sites Safety Management System
- Minutes department meetings as required.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral.
- Strong Organisational / Administration skills.
- Previous experience within a Management Assistant/Secretarial environment
- Experienced SAP knowledge essential
- Operational knowledge of office equipment and current software incl MS Teams,
- Experience of managing SharePoint sites
- Understanding of company filing systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the site policies, procedures, and Integrated Management System
