How you'll change it up

Joining us in this newly created role as Head of Go to Market, you'll have the chance to really put your own stamp on things, drive results and make an impact from day one.

You'll lead on the strategic planning and delivery of new products and propositions, helping us to drive profitable growth and differentiate CityFibre in the full fibre infrastructure market.

Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:

  • Working with the Product and PMO teams to prioritise projects and manage the product release calendar
  • Owning the GTM strategy, roadmap and pipeline calendar in close collaboration with other internal teams across the business
  • Developing business case analysis to support assessment and signoff
  • Tracking and managing the launch of new products
  • Owning product marketing and the optimisation of how we notify our customers of new product launches and roadmap developments
  • Delivering and managing a new customer facing portal so our customers can access product collateral

What you'll bring to the role

You'll have proven experience in product and propositions management, as well as a successful track record in defining, launching and managing impactful propositions that target reseller, ISP, carrier and public sector customer segments.

You'll also bring some of the following with you:

  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the UK ISP market, what makes ISPs 'tick' and their requirements from a wholesale telecoms provider
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
We're looking for people who don't settle for 'good enough' and push things forward. If you've just found yourself thinking, 'I'd love to do this', we want to hear from you. Let's change it up.

Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging

Our people have a wide range of experiences and perspectives - and it's this diversity of thought that makes us who we are.

CityFibre is working hard to change up the telecoms industry.

This means we're committed to providing equal opportunities to people from all backgrounds and commitments, including your carer and family status, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, gender and gender identity.

We're also offering training programmes and placement opportunities to support the skilled, career changers, service-leavers, and returning workers to become part of our teams.
