The Role:


I have an exciting opportunity for experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join an Occupational Health Team at their client's site in West Ruislip and be an integral part of the team.

The organisation combines expert advice and clinical services with smartsystems to deliver impact driven health programs tailored to their client's needs.


This is a
full time role, where the successful applicant will work
Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per daybetween the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm.

ou will be responsible for:
  • Providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care that clients receive
  • Delivering the full OH/Treatment service in line with the client contract including wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice and education, health surveillance, safety critical medicals, D&A testing etc
  • Providing professional advice, support and guidance and assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health
  • Assessing individual's fitness to work for the appropriate job role
  • Providing clinical assessment of clients presenting with minor illness and injury
  • Supporting the OH Manager to advise, monitor and assess the clinical practice of the OH team
  • Providing health surveillance and ensuring clinical assessment skills are maintained in line with best practice.

Requirements:


  • You will be a Registered Nurse (Part 1)
  • You will have NMC1 registration
  • Previous Occupational Health experience is preferable
  • Experience within A&E would be useful.
  • Ability to assess and manage minor injury and illness, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ability to work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals.
