Description
To undertake and/or contribute to psychological assessments of service users presentation, needs and risk.

To assist in the development of service users psychological formulations, and the development of a psychologically informed framework of understanding the service user, within the team.

To assist in the development of care plans, involving the treatment and/or management of a service users difficulties and risk behaviours.

To assist in the co-ordination and facilitation of therapeutic groups.
To attend and contribute to appropriate multi-disciplinary and multi-agency meetings.


To contribute to the creation and maintenance of a therapeutic, safe climate within the Resettle service, through use of open and transparent communication.

To contribute to the delivery of the sociotherapy model, including community activities and shared lunches. To receive regular individual and group clinical supervision in accordance with professional practice guidelines and the Directorate policy. To develop skills and competencies that assist in the delivery of current duties.

To develop a skill base in the administration and analysis of a range of psychometric packages. Where appropriate and under the supervision of qualified staff, to contribute to the training and support of other staff.
