My client, a leading multi-site retail company with over 100 sites across the UK are looking to recruit a HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Supporting regional site managers & senior leadership team, you will be overseeing 50 sites witha head count of approximately 2000 members of staff.

You will be directly involved with the full employee lifecycle to ensure a seamless & synergised HR function.


Please note that this is a field based role & you will be expected to travel to your sites when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment responsible for working closely with recruitment team to ensure all necessary tools & training are provided to ensure that the business' needs are meet and team are able to bring onboard diverse pool of talent
  • Organisation showcasing great understanding of the business plans & having an understanding of any challenges that could arise. Provide support collating and analysing data across People team & feedback where needed
  • Employee Engagement work on regional and individual store action plans to ensure there is improvement of employee engagement
  • Employee Performance & Development identifying training needs across sites & delivering tailored programmes to employees to ensure an increase in team performance

You must have:

  • Specialist HR Advisor/Business Partner experience in a retail/multisite industry
  • Current UK Driving Licence
  • CIPD desirable
