An award-winning Employee Benefits organisation currently seek to recruit a Trainee Employee Benefits Consultant to join their growing team. The Employee Benefits division makes up part of the business, they also have a very successful Financial Planning arm.

Your role will be to manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent client service and spotting further opportunities through understanding your client's needs.

To proactively grow, manage and retain clients, by developing new business opportunities.

The client is ideally looking to recruit an individual with previous experience within an EB Consultant role, however they will also consider an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Ideally you will have previous client facing experience and will be comfortable speaking with clients on a daily basis.

To be considered you must have:

Demonstrable knowledge of the Pension, Health, Risk & Wellbeing marketplace, products, and services.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience in developing relationships within the Employee Benefits arena.

Our client is offering a basic salary to £35,000 + bonus and excellent company benefits. This is a growing business so there will be plenty of opportunities to progress within the company.

The client is offering hybrid working split between office & home.
