Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team.

As a Marketing Assistant, your primary responsibilities will involve setting up, organizing, and coordinating trade shows, as well as creating compelling social media posts, graphics, and content.

You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with our target audience, and driving marketing initiatives forward.

This position is based at our Belfast, UK office.


Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of trade shows, including booth setup, logistics, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
  • Develop engaging social media content to promote our brand, products, and services across various platforms.
  • Design eyecatching graphics, infographics, and visual content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
  • Create and curate engaging written content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information, ensure brand consistency, and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
  • Conduct research to gather market insights, customer feedback, and industry best practices to inform marketing strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Associate degree in marketing,
  • Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in trade show or event coordination and management.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Travel is required approximately 10% 20% Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance.
  • Selfmotivated, teamoriented, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
