Goose & Berry are an award winning Catering & Events company who specialise in weddings, corporate and social events around the Bucks/Berks area and beyond.


As the team is growing, Goose & Berry are offering a rare exciting and rewarding role in the events industry for an Event Planner.

The role will include looking after enquiries from the initial stage and seeing them through to completion.

Within the role you will be running events and weddings on the day, meeting and greeting clients, managing venues, placing orders with suppliers, managing accounts and other general office, admin and sales tasks.

Weekend and evening working will be required.

  • Have previous experience in a role similar and a passion for delivering events
  • Incredibly friendly and excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues and clients
  • Have excellent working knowledge of computers and Microsoft programmes
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have great telephone manner
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage high workloads and tight deadlines
  • Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day
G&B are offering a competitive salary with benefits and a pension.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Maidenhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Event Management: 2 years (preferred)
