Calling all HR Administrators

A great permanent opportunity has arisen to work for a medical company based in Bank.

My client is looking for a minimum of 1 year HR experience and offering a salary if £20-30k depending on experience.

The role comes with a great benefit package as well as an opportunity to grow and develop.

The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Proactively deals with a range of HR issues and queries.
  • Manage full employee life cycle processes and procedures.
  • Managing priorities between generalist tasks and projects.
  • Support in all administration duties across the HR Department.
  • Maintains the HR System and other relevant systems.
  • Keeps all HR policies/procedures/ HR training up to date.
  • Provides monthly reporting.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to arrange interviews and ensure recruitment tracker is kept updated.
  • Actively participates in onboarding of new employees to ensure their successful integration into the business.
  • Liaise with the Global HR teams providing information as required.
  • Support the team with drafting of employment contracts.
  • Conduct and manage exit interview process.
  • Audit employee details on HUB (HRIS) to ensure details are accurately updated. Preparing a range of standard letters in support of recruitment, promotions, amendments, and other HR activities.
  • Advises employees on HR procedures and information.
  • Attends ER related meetings, where appropriate, and takes comprehensive notes.
  • Is responsible for working in accordance with our compliance procedures, legislation, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Work with Global HR team to drive engagement activities and HR communications
