Page Personnel are working with a Leisure and Sport organisation, based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint an International Mobility and Reward Analyst on a permanent basis.

They are ideally looking for someone with a background in compensation andrewards who has experience working for a multinational organisation

The client is a well recognised company, based in Manchester, who operate on a global scale.

The company has increased the number of brands under its holdings in recent years and the continued expansion has created a gap in their rewards team.


Description
The key responsibilities of the International Mobility and Reward Analyst include:

  • Assisting with compensation package development
  • Developing knowledge of UK and overseas legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Working with Senior International Reward Manager to understand, interpret and share technical advice
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes run efficiently
  • Independently researching local requirements such as tax, social security and payroll

Profile
The successful International Mobility and Reward Analyst should have:

  • Experience working in a Global Mobility or International Reward role
  • Ability to undertake independent research
  • Some exposure to international reward and payroll
  • Experience working with benefit providers
  • Ability to work well within a team

Job Offer
- £35,000 - £40,000 salary

  • Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office)
  • Discretionary annual bonus (Up to 17%)
  • 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
