Fulltime - Temporary (12 months)

Reporting to:
Health, Safety and Environmental Manager


Site:
Responsibility for Omagh


Job Overview:
Reporting to the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager you will support all the business on all administration requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To support administration of incident management, accident reporting, HSE statistics, HSE KPIs.
  • Assist the HSE team with incident investigations, claim management and other confidential reporting.
  • Maintain and update the HSE data management system.
  • Collaboration with site teams; leadership, production, logistics, purchasing to ensure up to date HSE information.
  • Attendance at relevant site meetings to take minutes and actions.
  • To coordinate and assist the site HSE training requirements.
  • To maintain records and support the site for administration requirements.
  • To process purchase orders and resolving invoices providing assistance on purchase order queries.
  • To coordinate and assist external occupational health provider to schedule on site occupational health reviews.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be required.
  • Minimum of GCSE level to include English and Math's at grade 'C' or an equivalent.
  • Excellent IT skills and advanced in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of data management systems.
  • Experience of invoicing, credit notes and purchase orders.
The below would also be desirable though not essential:

  • Experience in a health and safety tasks such as Risk Assessments and Incident investigation would be desirable.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH training or equivalent.
  • Experience of ERP systems.
