Our award-winning Inclusive Employment team are looking for an Engagement Assistant, known internally as a Job Broker, to join us on a permanent basis.

The Job Broker plays a pivotal role in championing our Inclusive Employment service, engaging with local employers to help them realise the benefits of employing adults with a learning disability and/or autism.

About You:

To be considered as a Inclusive Employment Engagement Assistant
, you need:

Experience of succeeding in a target-driven environment
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to use your own initiative and resolve queries quickly and effectively
Experience in sales and/or lead generation
Experience in account management and nurturing business relationships
To be confident making business development calls

Experience supporting individuals with a learning disability and/or autism would be advantageous but is not essential.
