Here at Interlink We are currently looking to recruit a Banking and Finance Solicitor at NQ level to join a top 100 national law firm in either their Bristol, Exeter, Southampton or Plymouth office.

The Role

  • The role entails working on both borrower and lender side transactions, working with the team from the start (including structuring and quoting) through to the completion of a deal.
  • You'll also be working with our restructuring & insolvency team on restructurings, and overall will benefit from exposure to a variety of interesting deals, working with expert, high calibre senior lawyers and partners.
  • You will have already gained some experience of working on a range of corporate banking transactions
  • Selfmotivated, with good time management and organisational skills to manage workloads and deadlines
  • You are either recently or soon to be qualified
