    Description

    A highly sought-after role has become available for a Process Engineer to collaborate with a leading manufacturer serving the power and energy sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
    • Perform time studies on various shop floor operations.
    • Develop routing strategies for different product types or families.
    • Support the Production Planner in scheduling, releasing works orders, and verifying documentation accuracy within MRP/SharePoint.
    • Foster collaboration with Contracts and Engineering teams to ensure technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Maintain adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all industrial activities.
    • Communicate changes or potential issues to the Contracts and Production teams.
    • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and LEAN workshops.
    • Attend relevant meetings to optimize production flow and scheduling.
    • Analyze root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Regularly review and update data input in MRP (job logs, operation confirmations).
    • Contribute to Continuous Improvement and CAPEX Investment Projects.

    Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

    • More than 2 years' experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of LEAN methodologies.
    • Desirable: experience working with transformers.
    • Process improvement experience.
    • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
    • Ability to adapt to change.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Capacity to work under strict timelines.
    • Continuous improvement capabilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a 'can-do' attitude.

    Salary and Benefits:
