PillTime is an advanced online pharmacy in Bristol and the fourth-largest pharmacy in the UK.

We are changing the way thousands of people receive and manage their vital medications from the convenience of their homes.

As a significant contributor to the automation of medicine prescription provision and delivery, we seek an enthusiastic and committed Customer Care Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the customer journey is prompt, informative, and supportive.
  • Manage customer data accurately through the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments for efficient query resolution.

Requirements:


  • Positive communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Comfortable using various IT systems; training provided.
  • Previous customerfacing experience in office, retail, or hospitality.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a customercentric culture.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£10.42-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
