As a significant contributor to the automation of medicine prescription provision and delivery, we seek an enthusiastic and committed Customer Care Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the customer journey is prompt, informative, and supportive.
- Manage customer data accurately through the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient query resolution.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
- Comfortable using various IT systems; training provided.
- Previous customerfacing experience in office, retail, or hospitality.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a customercentric culture.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£10.42-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
