Exciting opportunity for a
Junior Sous Chef to join a brigade of 6/7 chefs at a country house hotel in Leicestershire that offers high quality, award winning dining in its modern British 2 Rosette restaurant.
The restaurant serves an averageof 20-30 covers midweek followed by 40-50 covers at the weekend as well as offering an afternoon tea service, therefore it is essential you are competent on all sections.
There is also a busy banqueting and conference department and this hotel is a popularwedding venue.As a result this Junior Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst ensuring that you support the brigade to run a smooth, high class service at all times.
Requirements:
It is important that you highlight experience of working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience.
