Contract:
Approximately6 Months Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract
(Some flexibility maybe required, as this a Maternity Cover Contract)


Hours:37 1/2 Hours per week


Location:
Working from home, with a requirement of 1 office day per week.

We are looking for a Case Handler to join our small and friendly team. This position will see you managing a caseload of properties from instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities of the Case Handler will include:

  • Management of a property caseload.
  • Communicating with clients, policyholders, and tradespeople.
  • Working within client SLA's.
  • Monitoring progress of all cases and relaying relevant information to all parties accordingly.
  • Building relationships with policyholders and guiding them through each stage of the process.
  • Managing any complaints that may arise.
  • Adhering to all service quality standards set by the company.
  • Previous claims management experience would be beneficial

The person:

  • Previous experience of developing successful relationships within a client focussed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven track record in effective caseload management.
  • Diligent and conscientious approach.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Some knowledge of property maintenance and/or general building would be advantageous.

£22,501.00-£23,977.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
