The Company:
A Leicester based specialist within Manufacturing are looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Administrator
to join their team.
They are looking for a highly organised individual who can manage the purchase and delivery of goods efficiently and effectively.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Willing to call and chase items and delivery's (not afraid to pick up tge hone
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase of regular goods and services required by the company.
- Help maintain accurate records of all purchases and deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is always maintained of specific goods.
- Coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers.
- Maintain import and export documentation.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and track shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
