    Description

    Regulatory Consultant Manager

    We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Regulatory Consultant to join our team at the Manager level. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading boutique RegTech Consultancy in growth mode, with excellent exposure to different projects and teams.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Guiding clients and the business along FCA regulatory guidelines.
    • Monitoring regulatory updates and emerging risks.
    • Staying informed of industry best practices and regulatory guidance.
    • Developing and delivering compliance training, policies, and procedures.
    • Engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders, clients, employees, and regulators.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years' relevant experience within financial services.
    • Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty project experience preferred.
    • Asset Management and/or Investment Bank experience desirable.
    • Excellent academic background.

    Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

    Location: Mayfair, London.
