The ITSO (IT Services and Airline Operations) organisation manages and is accountable for the rapid delivery of the trustworthy, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure services needed to support the technology critical for easyJet's future growth plans and ambitions.

The Workplace Products team is part of the Enterprise & Employee Products team of the ITSO organisation. The Workplace Products team develops and manages workplace-related products and services. It delivers superior employee experience through the provision of employee services such as devices, collaboration tools, work environments, and workplace automation capabilities


Job Purpose


The Product Integration Specialist is responsible for the effective execution of the service integration strategy and processes within their own Product, enabling trust, velocity, scalability, and efficiency of the Workplace services.

What you'll need to do the role


The Product Integration Specialist is responsible for delivering the service integration strategy within their own Product, overseeing the execution of standardised IT service management processes (ITSM), tools, and frameworks within their Product (including Supplier teams) and ensuring consistency of service integration practices with other Platforms and Products.


  • Primarily reporting to the Product Lead, this role uses the service integration team assets (e.g., process execution playbooks, training materials, governance frameworks, KPIs dashboards, etc.)
to deploy the following key processes (in close collaboration with the Supplier team) and ensure their smooth execution:


  • Service Integration Management
I. Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Continuity Management
II. Service Design and Transition & Change Management

  • Risk & Compliance Management
I. Asset Management, Patch Compliance Management & Disaster Recovery Management

  • Strategy & Planning Management
I. Service Integration Strategy

  • Data Management
I. Data Standardisation

  • Value & Performance Management
I. Value Optimisation & Continuous Improvement


Requirements of the Role

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience within an IT department providing crossfunctional IT management capabilities.
  • Experience in IT governance, including experience in policy definition and process improvements within a large or complex organisation.
  • Understanding of IT systems, architectures, and technologies to assess service components and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Experience in maximising effectiveness of nearshore / offshore resource models and experience in managing and delivering through thirdparty suppliers, focusing on business outcomes and employee experience
  • Experience in Agile would be beneficial
