Head of Commercial Aftersales, EMEA


Job Description:


This position is accountable for managing and leading the development of the Commercial Aftersales Business in EMEA, to ensure HYG's short-term and long-term business objectives in share, revenue and margin are achieved.

The role is responsible for the following;

  • Coaching and leading the dealer facing Commercial Aftersales Team to successfully implement and secure dealer adoption of the Hyster Yales Aftersales strategy.
  • Deliver growth in aftersales product and solutions sales through focused aftermarket business & change management programs and by leveraging the Dealer Excellence Program (DEP).
  • Shaping, defining and leading our dealer and customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of new business channels and processes including eCommerce and Fleet Management with a focus on managed B2B2C approach.
  • Key Accountabilities_
  • Achieve annual Aftersales objectives
  • Increase dealer, Major Account and end user adoption of integrated HYG systems solutions
  • Leverage and drive the Dealer Excellence Program (DEP) as major contributor to growth
  • Provide strategic direction for the aftermarket business
  • Ensure effective and productive collaboration between dealerfacing sales team and the Aftermarket Product & Digital Sales team
  • Business planning and budget management
  • Knowledge Required_
  • MBA or business degree.
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in strategic leadership and technical sales management with international wholesale and retail sales experience preferably in the aftersales arena, in the materials handling or comparable industry.
  • Languages, cultural awareness, and mobility
