Do you have proven Sales experience within the housing sector or estate agency?


If so, then we would like you to join our team We have a Part-time role available, based on 3 days per week.


Sovereign's Sales team is entering a new era, with an ambitious Investment Strategy that targets more homes, and better places, than ever before.


We'll be delivering some of the best places to live, from large-scale town-centre regeneration to rural exception sites, from joint-ventures with the big housebuilders to securing land and building our own self-designed house-types that redefine sector standardsfor space, light and adaptability.


You'll be responsible for helping customers start their next chapter, from shared owners looking for a way into a punishing home-ownership market, to those customers investing in an open-market property that means their money achieves a greater social purpose.

**The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our Sovereign Living Sales team covering the South West region, based from our Exeter office on a permanent part time basis working 3 days per week, further flexibilty canbe explored at interview.


Responsible for providing an excellent sales service, you will deliver the highest standards of customer care, whilst fully meeting the team's targets and objectives.


By taking an end to end approach, you will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey, you will be dealing with both Open Market and Shared Ownership plots sales.

This is KPI driven and you will be measured against reservation,exchange, and sales completions.


You will be taking operational responsibility for a range of new developments across a number of sales locations, including all aspects of presentation, stock management, achieving sales of properties in line with agreed targets.


By taking a proactive approach, you will target customers and follow up leads and influence the marketing for your developments through effective and tailored campaigns, alongside individual market research.

Working with the sales team, you will proactively identify potential sales, customers and create 'forward' interest and subsequent viewings. You will then follow-up all sales 'leads' and effectively qualify and progress customers to ensure that sales targetsare met.

**To be successful in this role it is essential you have: - Proven sales experience with Housing Sector/Estate Agency or affordable housing.

  • Strong customer service skills, as you will be required to work with internal and external customers ensuring you deliver what is expected.
  • The drive to deliver sales targets and KPI's and the ability to selfmanage and prioritise your own workload.


You will be required to travel throughout the region and therefore a Full UK Driver's License is a requirement alongside having to work flexible hours up to 7.00 pm weekdays and on Saturdays as required.
