Complete Remedial Solutions is an energy saving organisation based in South Wales, we have been servicing the domestic grant sector since 2014 helping thousands of customers obtain energy saving measures for their home.

We require an experienced Full Time Finance Administrator, here are details for the role:


PAYROLL:


  • Processing company payroll for all employees & pension scheme.
  • Ensure employees are paid accurately and promptly on a fortnightly basis.
  • Process both electronic and paper timesheets and mileage claims.
  • Record absences and annual leave.
  • Maintain employee records including updating employees' status.
  • Deal with payroll queries.

INVOICING:


  • Create and submit electronic invoices to local authorities, contractors & private customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and investigate any discrepancies on the database.
  • Deal with invoice queries and chase unpaid invoices.

PURCHASES:


  • Matching invoices to PO's & uploading within XERO.
  • Liaising with suppliers / depots to resolve any invoice queries.
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger accounts, completing statement reconciliations to ensure that all accounts are up to date.
  • Regularly review the Aged Creditors report.
  • Administration of the PO system.
  • Assist in processing weekly payment runs.
  • Monitor the accounts inbox.

BOOK-KEEPING:


  • Accounts Payable & Received.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:


  • Answering the telephone and taking messages in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Produce data reports in _Excel._
  • Filing, archiving, photocopying and scanning documents as required.
  • Booking accommodations and travel for employees/directors.
  • Ensure compliance with all administration systems and with informationsharing in accordance with the _General Data Protection Regulations _(GDPR).
  • Ensure all working practices are in line with the company's business objectives and protocols.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures with regard to Health & Safety at Work.
  • Any other duties that may reasonably fall within the purview of the role of Administrative Assistant.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Clear spoken & written English.
  • Strong IT skills, including use of _Microsoft Office _(Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • High level of accuracy with figures and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and work without supervision using own initiative but also be part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
