Description
A Customer Service Administrator is being sought out to join a company providing home services to clients.

Being alongside an established team you will be the central point of contact for customers and managers within the company.


Working in Brackley the hours will consist of Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 and will offer £25,000 per annum plus a £3,000 bonus based on KPI's being achieved.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer the telephone and provide support and information to customers and clients.
  • Reschedule work that has been missed.
  • Placing orders.
  • Building relationships with customers and using opportunities to upsell and promote services and products.
  • Manage any incoming enquiries.
  • Resolve and finalise overdue and outstanding invoices and documentation.
  • Use frequent correspondence with clients and customers to boost sales opportunities.
  • Compile reports of corporate progress.

You must:

  • Have experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Be computer literate and able to use varied IT systems.
  • Show motivation and organisation in your approach to work.
  • Display proactive means of working and have great attention to detail using problem solving initiative when required.
  • Work well within a team but also understand the importance of independent working.
