What skills do you have ?
- Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Proven success delivering holistic financial or wealth advice
- Experience with using cash flow forecasting software.
- The ability to deliver an exceptional level of service to your clients
- A deep desire to grow and succeed
- A confident, selfstarter, ambitious, focused and hardworking

What will you be doing ?
- Delivering excellent service to new and existing clients around all aspects of financial planning, to produce exceptional client outcomes.
- Working effectively as a team member, with a cohesive approach to achieve consistent results.
- When required, embracing a coach and mentor attitude within the business to nurture less knowledgeable and inexperienced team members.
- Conducting indepth and structured annual reviews for existing clients, including but not exclusive to needs and objectives, fact find information updates, risk profiling discussions, changes of any financial circumstances and addressing any highlighted additional service needs.
- Carrying out detailed planning meetings for new and existing clients with use of the firm's cash flow modelling forecasting software to deliver on our Lifestyle Financial Planning service.
- To assist with any additional/detailed research and analysis required over and above administration/paraplanning support.
- Designing financial strategies and plans including use of any software tools within the firm's current CIP proposition.
- Communicating and liaising with other associate professionals in relation to clients needs.
- Keeping up to date with legal, taxation and regulatory legislation as appropriate and maintaining professional and technical knowledge of products and services.
- Liaising with clients when necessary in relation to changes to legislation that may affect their recommended solutions.
- Managing business pipeline flow to make sure client journey is delivered to the best of your ability.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with any provided leads from the business.
- Acquiring and developing new business from new/existing Clients and professional introducers.
- When required, attendance at firm internal and external networking events.
- Maintain business advocacy and assisting to promote the business and yourself via marketing channels including Social Media and fostering new business relationships with Introducers and other professionals.
- Delivering accurate Management Information across all mediums.
