Description

We are currently seeking a foreman groundworker.

You will carry out all types of ground works and hard landscaping tasks diligently, efficiently, safely and in line with the demands of our specification, build programme and budget.

You will be experienced to understand the requirement, prioritise, and complete each task as efficiently and accurately as possible to the required quality standard and specification.

An experienced groundworker with a proven track record of high-quality workmanship. General duties may include drainage, sub-base preparation, foundations, concrete floor slabs and walls, kerbing, paving, walling, block paving. Experience of working accurately to drawings and specification is required.

Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

8-10 years + preferred groundworks experience essential, ideally with SCQF groundworks qualification for Foreman Groundworker role

Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements & safe working practices

Excellent standard of workmanship

Good communicator, polite and professional

Accuracy and attention to detail

Current clean driving licence required. NPORS / CSCS / SWQR certs or equivalent advantageous

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and references are required.

Full time employment with competitive hourly rate based on experience

Salary:

£14.65-£19.00 per hour
