As the 2nd Line IT Support Specialist, you'll be an integral part of a team that delivers company-wide IT solutions while providing hands-on support to users.

From resolving technical issues to identifying priority concerns, your problem-solving skills willbe put to the test every day. But don't worry, this role isn't all work and no play. THE 2nd LINE IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY:

  • As a member of the OSS team, you'll be working alongside a talented and supportive group of IT professionals to help users overcome a variety of challenges.
  • With your outstanding problemsolving skills, you'll be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring that all reported IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, both onsite and remotely, and resolve incidents promptly as reportedin the ticketing system, and collaborating with the Team Lead and Global teams when necessary.
  • Overseeing Clients, Telephony, and Mobile operations at multiple locations throughout the region. You'll have the opportunity to explore new places, meet new people, and take your expertise on the road
  • Oversee the implementation of Global and Local IT projects, identify and escalate priority issues to IT Management, and manage MS Clients, Telephony, and Mobile devices in the region.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:


  • Previous experience from a 2nd Line Support role, 2nd Line Support Engineer, IT Support, IT Support Analyst, or other similar job titles.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in an internal infrastructure support role and possess the ability to support Microsoft Office 2016 and 36
  • You have strong organizational skills, are able to follow processes, and can effectively manage your time to meet deadlines.
  • You possess both selfmotivation and the ability to work well within a team environment. Your positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond will make you an asset in resolving issues.
  • Be prepared to travel to various locations within the region for this role.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices (IOS & Android) is an added advantage, as is experience with software deployment methodology, especially Ivanti/SCCM.
  • A talent for diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
