Description

We are seeking an experienced, full time service administrator to join our friendly team, 'Here for You' in Essex.

We are a staff support service, offering rapid assessment, signposting and intervention to staff working in health, social care and the voluntary sector.

We're a compassionate multidisciplinary team keen to welcome a new in-house administrator whose role will be to offer a range of support to the team and the people that we serve.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication and administrative skills and be able to work independently and flexibly with minimum supervision.

The ability to prioritise your own workload in this role is also key. The role will be remote with some travel required for in-person team meetings.

To manage the MS Teams Channels and to organise and support in team meetings for the Essex Here for You Service; liaising with both internal and external stakeholders where necessary.

To communicate on a daily basis with all levels of staff on operational issues.

To attend and minute meetings as required and be responsible for the typing and presentation of reports and minutes in accordance with the required format.

To support with gathering information from our referral routes / communications in relation to complaints, investigations and deal with any sensitive matters in a confidential manner.
