The Recruitment Solution are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for a Parts Distribution Centre based in East Anglia on behalf of one of our most valued clients.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager/Senior Parts Advisor with supervisory experience of a large team, looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Supervisor *Overseeing a team of trade parts advisors *Supplying parts to both trade and retail customers *Handling deliveries and ensuring all goods are accounted for *Responsible for stock checking, locating and picking parts *Ordering and invoicing trade and retail customers *Managing staff rotas *Training and leading your team to achieve set objectives Experience required for the Warehouse Supervisor role: *Automotive Parts experience with supervisory experience is a must *Trade parts coupled with main dealer experience is desired *Stable work history *Experience using electronic parts catalogues *Excellent leaderships skills *Strong communication skills
