    Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

    An exciting new role has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an excellent care home located in the County Antrim, Belfast area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

    This care home has a dedicated 24-hour nursing team trained in caring for individuals with dementia or other memory issues.

    To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
    • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and detailed risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records while utilizing modern technology.
    • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
    • Make timely decisions and provide guidance and support to team members.
    • Utilize clinical skills to guide and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Ability to lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions or improvements.
    • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in using IT and communication systems required for the role.
    • Respect for values, views, and needs of others.
    • Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
    • A can-do attitude is essential.
