Job Summary
Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential.


Duties

  • Maintain office supplies and stationery.
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare reports and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in using computerised systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Onedrive etc.
  • Strong typing and data entry experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Office Support role is preferred.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
