Job Summary
Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential.
Duties
- Maintain office supplies and stationery.
- Data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and other documents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in using computerised systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Onedrive etc.
- Strong typing and data entry experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience using Salesforce CRM preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Office Support role is preferred.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
