Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm hours per week

Summary:

Our highly successful client is looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Administrators starting on 9th January 2023.

The roles will be fully office based where full training will be given along with the opportunity to progress within the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Speaking to a wide variety of customers on the telephone
  • Liaising with installers and co ordinating work for customers
  • Updating internal systems with accurate information
  • Booking jobs in on the system
  • Confirming all details with customer and technicians
  • General office administration
Skills and experience

  • A proactive and "can do" attitude
  • Available on a Temporary to Permanent basis
  • Customer Service / Administration skills
Package and benefits
- £18,525 starting salary rising to £20,500 per annum after 12 weeks
