Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues, and ensuring a positive and harmonious workplace.

Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by participating in interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent.

Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared for their roles.

HR Policies: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to align with current laws and industry best practices.

Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide coaching to managers, and assist in implementing development plans.

Training and Development: Identify training needs, organise training sessions, and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Benefits and Compensation: Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.

Conflict Resolution: Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters in a professional and fair manner.

The Successful Applicant:
The ideal HR Advisor:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certification is desirable.
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within a food manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
