    Description

    Electromagnetics Design Engineer

    We are seeking an experienced Electromagnetics Design Engineer to join our team in Stevenage. This role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of associated system antennas, including design, development, simulation, and testing.

    The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/electronic/antenna engineering or physics, experience in RF and antenna product design, and expertise in MATLAB programming.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ownership of full project lifecycle, involving capability and component development and qualification, simulation, design, and testing in conjunction with their associated system antennas.

    Requirements:

    • Degree (preferably higher degree) in electrical/electronic/antenna engineering or physics.
    • Experience in RF and antenna product design.
    • Experienced in the design of antennas (aerospace and defence industry).
    • Breadth of Radio Frequency design experience (typical frequency range 2 to 40 GHz).
    • Experienced in MATLAB programming.
    • Possess a 'hands on' approach in order to perform qualification and product acceptance testing as required.

    Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A very competitive salary is on offer.
