Trainee Sales Negotiator/Sales Negotiator _**Starting salary £19,000 per annum, increasing to £20,000 per annum after 6 months' probation period, plus uncapped commission.

This is a telephone based role and we promote and support progression within Connells based on success and skill set.


As sales negotiator you will:


  • Support our 1200+ nationwide branches through the promotion of our sales services
  • Be responsible for booking valuations, mortgage appointments, identifying other business opportunities wherever possible
  • Aim to provide an outstanding customer experience, and be effective at building memorable professional relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal dealing confidently with clients, develop and maintain internal/external professional relationships
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic with a desire to succeed in a very competitive industry/environment

Key Purpose of the role

  • Act as a 'frontline' of communication for customers interacting with the estate agency brands within the Connells Group
  • Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary followup action is taken at the earliest opportunity
  • Liaising with local branches across the country to develop new business opportunities and professional relationships
  • Book market appraisals, mortgage appointments and followup appointments for our estate agency branches
  • Deliver exceptional performance results at all times, aiming to exceed targets at every opportunity
