Commercial Contracts Specialist

Job Title: Commercial Contracts Specialist

Location: Central London

We are seeking an experienced commercial contracts specialist to join our in-house legal team, supporting the General Counsel with a wide range of legal work. You will be working on various commercial contracts, IP and trademarks, litigation, real estate, and corporate matters.

A selection of key responsibilities includes:

Overseeing global intellectual property portfolios
Drafting commercial agreements, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and media rights agreements
Collaborating with counsel
Developing in-house policies and providing guidance on regulatory matters
Managing litigation
Administering the company's property portfolio

This role requires motivation and drive, along with over two years' experience dealing with commercial contracts, ideally including some exposure to IP work. General corporate and property knowledge would be beneficial, although not essential. Additionally, strong communication skills, excellent academics, and polished drafting abilities are necessary.
