Support Worker

£ £11.50 per hour
Precedo Healthcare are recruiting for experience Mental Health Support Workers in and around the Warrington area.

We are looking for Support Workers with a sound knowledge of working with people in low and medium secure services, the challenges they face daily and the ability to support them with a person centred approach.

To be successful in this role, you will need;

To have excellent communication skills.
To have an understanding of varying mental health conditions.
To be able to deescalate challenging situations successfully.
To be MAPA trained
To have experience of working in low and medium secure units
