The Opportunity

Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for x2 Part-Time Cash Collection Agents to join their Credit Control team in Coventry.

You will be joining an established, profitable, growing technology-backed business and will be part of an industry leading team. This is led by a team leader and two credit controllers. You will learn and be trained in all aspects of the role to fulfil this function. Working in a busy team dealing directly with some of our most important customers.

The role of Cash Collection Agent:

Your hours will be 20 hours per week and the role is ideally suited to someone who has a previous background in credit control, who is looking to work on a part-time basis.

Vacancy 2:

The working hours are 13:30pm - 17:30pm (Wednesday) and 8.30am - 17:30 (Thursday-Friday)

Key Skills and Operational Requirements:

Background knowledge of debt collection / credit control
Strong administration and organisational skills
A desire to learn and be taught new skills 'onthejob' by an experienced, friendly team.
Excellent delivery focus under pressure and used to working to deadlines.
Comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail
