ERP 1st Line Support

Manchester Hybrid

Salary £25,000


1st Line Support Engineer required to join a fantastic company, that helps provide support to both local users in Manchester and the UK business.

The opportunity will allow you to join an established leader in the design, development, and manufacture ofinnovative network infrastructure solutions for both LAN and WAN environments.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • Providing ERP support to users by responding to calls placed through the IT Helpdesk
  • Ensuring users are provided with a firstclass customer service experience
  • Ensuring Effective communication of ERP activities to relevant users and stakeholders
  • Working as part of the ERP Team to ensure the smooth running of our ERP and reporting systems
  • Ensuring excellent uptime levels across the multiple UK and Ireland sites

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • Experience in troubleshooting data-related and reporting-type issues
  • Troubleshooting & supporting LOB Applications
  • Business process support
  • MS Office Knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Microsoft Reporting Technologies exposure
  • Experience or exposure to databases and Transact SQL
  • Minimum 23 Years Experience in an Data Support Role
